To start, zero-click marketing is a strategy where brands deliver value and trust where their audiences already are instead of being found in search. They are finding the answers to what they need from ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Reddit, Facebook groups, specific influencers, and niche networks. By the time they are landing on your webpage, they have already decided they want to buy your product or service.

The goal of zero-click marketing is to find these people and deliver your brand, message, authority and trust BEFORE they land on your website. In fact, branded searches (searches directly related to the company, ex: “youtube”) are almost 50% of all Google searches and this trend is increasing.

Yes… SEO, web design and the fundamentals still matter, but they are mattering less and less. Make sure you understand your clients and where they spend their time.
